COMPOSITION: In 1 g

Amoxicillin trihydrate:.................................. 625 mg

Colistin sulfate:................................. 2,500,000 IU

Excipients q.s.:..............................................................1 g

USES:

Treatment of gastrointestinal, respiratory, and genitourinary tract infections in buffaloes, cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, and poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Dissolve in drinking water or mix with feed, continuously for 3-5 days.

- Poultry: 1 g/30 kg body weight/day or 1 g/6 liters of drinking water.

- Buffaloes, cattle, goats, sheep, pigs: 1 g/30-60 kg body weight/day.

Note: Water mixed with medication should be used within 8 hours.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to beta-lactams, polymyxins, or any component of the drug.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Poultry: 5 days.

Cattle, buffalo, goats, sheep, pigs: 15 days.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
