Cefotaxim sodium ............ 10 g

GENTAMICIN
Gentamicin sulfate ............ 6 g
Solvent to make up ..... 100 ml

USES:
- Treatment of septicemia, infectious coryza, typhoid, paratyphoid, lower respiratory tract infections, endometritis, mastitis, puerperal fever, septicemia, dermatitis, peritonitis, osteomyelitis, arthritis, neuritis, kennel cough, complex pneumonia (BRD & SRD) in buffaloes, cattle, dogs, cats, and poultry.
- Treatment of septicemia in ducks, polysinusitis, and ORT in chickens.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE & DOSAGE:
Dissolve the solution in the powder vial, shake well until dissolved. Administer intramuscularly or intravenously, continuously for at least 3 days.
Dosage: 1 ml/5 kg body weight/dose, 1-2 times daily.
Note: Use immediately after dissolving the medication.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Do not use in animals sensitive to the components of the medication.
- Do not use in animals with renal or hepatic impairment.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: 6 days.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
