CEFAXIM PLUS

COMPOSITION:

Cefotaxim sodium:........................25 g

USES:

- Treatment of hemorrhagic septicemia, infectious coryza, typhoid, paratyphoid, lower respiratory tract infections, endometritis, mastitis, puerperal fever, septicemia, dermatitis, abdominal infections, osteomyelitis, arthritis, neuritis, kennelitis, complex pneumonia (BRD & SRD), treatment of septicemia, polysinusitis, ORT in cattle, dogs, cats, and poultry.

- Solvent used to dissolve the CEFAXIM PLUS powder for injection.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE & DOSAGE:

Dissolve the solution in the powder vial, shake well until dissolved. Inject intramuscularly or intravenously, continuously for at least 3 days.

Dosage: 1 ml/5 kg body weight/dose, 1-2 times daily.

Note: Use immediately after dissolving.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

- Do not use in animals sensitive to Cefotaxim.

- Do not use in animals with renal or hepatic impairment.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

4 days.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
