CEFTRIXONE

Ceftriaxone sodium:.......................25 g

USES:
Treatment of bacterial infections caused by microorganisms such as: Respiratory tract infections, acute bacterial meningitis, skin infections, urinary tract infections, bone and joint infections, septicemia, intestinal infections in buffaloes, cattle, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, dogs, cats, and poultry.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Mix well before use. Administer intramuscularly or intravenously for 3-5 days, every 12-24 hours.
Poultry: 1 ml/4 kg body weight.
Piglets: 1 ml/5 kg body weight.
Calves, goats, sheep, and adult pigs: 1 ml/10 kg body weight.
Cattle, buffalo, horses: 1 ml/15 kg body weight.
Dogs, cats: 1 ml/2-4 kg body weight.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Animals hypersensitive to the components of the drug. Limit use in lactating or pregnant animals.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: 7 days.
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
GENTAMICIN
COMPOSITION:
Gentamicin sulfate:.....................15 g
Solvent q.s.:...................250 ml
USES:
Cattle, buffalo, pigs, horses: Treatment of mastitis, gastrointestinal infections caused by Colibacillosis and Salmonellosis, genital and respiratory tract infections.
Dogs: Treatment of genital tract infections, respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, bacterial gastroenteritis, and septicemia.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Intramuscular or slow intravenous injection, for 3-4 days.
Cattle, buffalo, pigs: 1 ml/10-30 kg body weight, every 8-12 hours.
Horses: 1 ml/15-30 kg body weight, every 8 hours.
Dogs: 1 ml/12 kg body weight, every 12 hours.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Animals allergic to the drug's components.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat: 6 days; milk: 3 days.
