COMPOSITION: In 1 g
Fosfomycin sodium ... 200 mg
Tylosin tartrate .................. 50 mg
Excipients to make up ........................... 1 g

USES:
Treatment of respiratory and digestive tract infections, proliferative enteritis (PPE), arthritis, leptospirosis, infectious coryza (Coryza), CRD, CCRD, pasteurellosis, and typhoid fever in pigs and poultry.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Mix with water or feed, use continuously for 3-5 days.
- Poultry: 1 g/ 5-8 kg body weight or 500-800 g/ 1,000 liters of water.
- Pigs: 1 g/ 14-16 kg body weight or 1,400 g/ 1,000 liters of water.
Note: Mix the medicine with enough water for poultry to drink within 5-6 hours in the morning.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use in animals hypersensitive to the components of the medicine.
Do not use in animals with severely impaired kidney function.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Until slaughter: 7 days.

STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
