Gentamicin sulfate ... 30 mg
Tylosin tartrate ............ 20 mg
Excipients to make up ..................... 1 g

USES:
Treatment of gastrointestinal and upper respiratory tract infections in poultry, cattle, and pigs.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Mix into feed or dissolve in drinking water. Once daily for 3-5 consecutive days.
- Cattle, pigs: 1 g/10 kg body weight/day.
- Poultry: 1 g/5 kg body weight/day or 2 g/1 liter of drinking water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use in animals hypersensitive to the components of the drug.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Poultry: 7 days.
Pigs: 9 days.
Cattle, buffalo: 14 days.

STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
