COMPOSITION: In 1 g
Amoxicillin trihydrate ... 200 mg
Colistin sulfate ... 2,000,000 IU
Excipients to make up ............................. 1 g

USES:
Treatment of respiratory, digestive, genital, urinary tract infections, arthritis, skin infections, septicemia, typhoid fever, diarrhea, and head swelling in buffaloes, cattle, sheep, pigs, and poultry.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Mix with drinking water for 3-5 days.
- Buffaloes, cattle, sheep: 1 g/ 20 kg body weight/ day.
- Pigs: 1 g/ 15 kg body weight/ day.
- Poultry: 1 g/ 10-20 kg body weight/ day or 1 g/ 2 liters of drinking water.
Note: The solution containing the medication should be used immediately and refreshed every 24 hours throughout the treatment.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to beta-lactams, polymyxins, or any component of the medication.
- Do not use on rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, or other rodents.
- Do not use in animals with renal impairment.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat: 8 days; Eggs: 15 days.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
