COMPOSITION: Per 1g

Doxycycline hyclate: .....................500 mg

Tylosin tartrate:..............................200 mg

Excipients q.s.:.....................................1g

INDICATIONS:

Treatment of respiratory and gastrointestinal tract infections: pneumonia, hemorrhagic septicemia, CRD, C-CRD, salmonellosis, and diarrhea in calves, pigs, and poultry.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Hypersensitivity to tetracyclines or tylosin.

Do not use in animals with impaired hepatic or renal function.

Do not use in young animals, pregnant animals, or lactating livestock.

Do not use concurrently with penicillins, cephalosporins, quinolones, or cycloserine.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Mix into feed or dissolve in drinking water; administer for 3–5 days.

- Poultry: 1 g/50 kg body weight/day or 1 g/10 liters of drinking water.

- Pigs: 1 g/30–50 kg body weight/day.

- Calves: 1 g/100 kg body weight/day.

Use immediately after mixing with feed. Medicated drinking water should be consumed within 24 hours.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Meat: 15 days; Eggs: 4 days.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
